Flexible Returns & Exchanges


Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal, and we are proud to offer the most convenient and flexible return and exchange policy in the industry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please see our Returns and Exchanges section for more details.

Product Warranty


We warrant that the merchandise you purchase from FAMA Design will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to you as the original purchaser only, and only to merchandise that has remained at the original delivery site. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the furniture and you need to process a claim; we require written notice of the defect within one year of the original date of delivery.


Return & Exchanges


We take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our attention to detail in design, material and construction is unsurpassed. We want you be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, after you receive your order, if the furniture does not match the decor of your home, your taste, or just didn’t meet your expectations, we will provide you with a refund (see below for more details).

All returns must be pre-approved within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please call us at +1-281-407-2641.

Please note when electing to return a furniture item, actual round trip freight charges will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

In order to properly return the item, it must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, securely packaged inside its original packaging. Please wrap carefully to ensure safe transit. All returns must arrive at our Fulfilment Center in original condition; otherwise additional fees will apply and will be deducted from your credit.

Please note that unless the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part, we cannot credit shipping or handling charges. Clearance items, special and custom orders, or international shipments (except Canada) are not returnable. A custom order can include but is not limited to any changes to the item (fabric color or finish color, etc.) Upon receipt of merchandise in good condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.


Order Cancellations


We are happy to accommodate order cancellations or modifications – as long as your order has not shipped. You will be required to confirm your request in writing. Once your items are loaded for shipment, they cannot be retrieved. Please note when electing to cancel an item that has shipped, actual round trip freight charges will be deducted from your refund. If your shipment is en route, or you refuse delivery of an order, it will fall under our standard return policy.
